「オーストラリア先住民ヨルタ・ヨルタの環境管理のための運動と実践」
友永雄吾（総合研究大学院大学)
本発表では、南東部オーストラリアを舞台に展開されている川と森の環境管理にともなうヨルタ･ヨルタの人々の運動の内実を明らかにする。まずヨルタ･ヨルタの土地権回復運動を歴史的に概観し、ついで近年ヴィクトリア州との間で締結された土地と河川の共同管理合意の内実について、政府、ヨルタ・ヨルタ、その他諸利害関係者間の関係に注目し、それぞれの異なる立場と考えを明らかにする。これにより、当該地域におけるヨルタ・ヨルタの森と川の環境管理のための運動と実践に関する限界と可能性を探る。

「オーストラリア首都特別区における多文化性に対応したケアの取り組み‐CLDB高齢者へのケアサービスから」
奥田敦子（奈良女子大学大学院博士研究員）
ACT で文化言語的に多様な背景[CLDB]の高齢者とそのケアラーへの実践的なケアの取り組みから、個人が持つ文化を尊重したケアとはどのようなものかを考察した。現在、ACTのCLDBの高齢者への取り組みは、彼らの社会支援推進活動のため、特別の機関が設けられている。その役割は、CLDB 高齢者のサービス利用の促進と文化による問題への対応である。今回の発表は、コミュニティと施設での多文化性に対応したケアサービスの状況と問題、そしてケア提供者としてコミュニティのボランティアが果たす役割を明らかにする。
