「Ａのテーブル」のテーブルの「A」は「Australia」の「A」。そして「テーブル」はオーストラリアの著名な料理研究家であるマギー・ビアーさんの著書『マギーのテーブル』からとったもの。契約農家から仕入れる有機栽培のお野菜を使い、素材おいしさをできるだけシンプルに引き出したお料理が自慢。
取り揃えているワインは全てオーストラリア産。
ここでしか手に入らないワインも見つけられるかも？！
